what do i need to do so that I'm a licensed waxer?

In many states it is a regulated service, so you need to have a cosmetology or esth. license...
Many companies have any of their staff do it but thats wrong, watching a video does not make you a waxer...
Check your State Board and see if its regulated in your state...
