What methods really work to remove male facial hair for a long time or permantly? Is there permanent removal ?

There's and electrolysis ad I see for a tweezer with a small charge for only about thirty dollars.
I wonder if it will really work for men's facial hair though.
I see from the ad that it is meant for women's facial hair..
