Hi there; I do think a bit of waxing looks good on a man. There should still be some decoration above the penis but the balls look great waxed and the do look larger. Esp. if the man likes his perineum licked/sucked, this is more fun to do (and does not have odor) without hair. He should leave hair on his head and chest. The back and the ass - gotta go !
